At Charlies Pet Supplies we value your satisfaction. We are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may encounter with your order. We are here to support you. 

You can reach out to us through the contact information provided on our website. We will be more than happy to assist you promptly. You acknowledge and agree that:

1. If you decide to return an item, you must first make contact with Charlies Pet Supplies. Send a detailed email of the item and what the issue is with it through to info@charliespetsupplies.co.nz.

2. Charlies Pet Supplies has a 14-day return policy. Unfortunately, after this time we are unable to do anything further. 3. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, unless the customer and Charlies Pet Supplies mutually agree on an alternative method.

4. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you must return such item to Charlies Pet Supplies along with your Charlies Pet Supplies receipt within 14 days following purchase. Upon receiving the item at Charlies Pet Supplies, we will either replace or refund it, as long as the item is unused and the packaging is in its original condition.

5. We will not refund any applicable delivery charges or your costs of returning the product/item to Charlies Pet Supplies unless the product/item is damaged (courier delivery) or not as per your order.

6. If Charlies Pet Supplies cancels an order due to not being able to send what has been requested, we will refund the Purchase Price in full. This will be done to you in the same form as your original payment was made to Charlies Pet Supplies.

7. To be eligible for a full refund for an online order that you no longer wish to receive; and has not been dispatched by Charlies Pet Supplies, please contact us by either email info@charliespetsupplies.co.nz or phone 0274 061 555 ASAP. 

8. Please take extra time and care when ordering perishable (food) goods. Charlies Pet Supplies is unable to do returns, replacements or refunds on these products.
